Cancellation policy:


If any customer raises ‘’cancel the order query’’ and at the same time order has been already dispatched then order cannot be canceled.
glamo glitz has full right to decide the order will be canceled or not. Customer has no right to argue on that it completely depends on glamo glitz regarding cancellation.
 

Replacement policy:


Every product that you order form glamo glitz can be changed on customer request in the valid conditions.

For replacement or exchange of any product we have some limitations and only on the basis of that we accept order replacement. That are:

• Item should not be opened or used.
• If any product is damaged during delivery process.
• If you received any wrong product.

In all above condition we will not charge any extra fee. Except this, we will not allow for replacement.
To replace your order mail us at support@glamoglitz.com with your order number. We will not be responsible
for order that you return to glamo glitz without our confirmation.

Return Policy:

According to glamo glitz policy we can return customer order on behalf of above return replacement policy.

Refund policy:

• In case product is not available , we refund customer payment.
• In case on the replacement time product is unavailable then we will try to give you best service but customer choice is final. If customer wants refund then we will surely refund and if customer wants another product then glamo glitz will provide that soon.
• glamo glitz refunds complete payment when we are not able to ship customer product.
• Refund will be done within 7 to 10 days through bank transfer and glamo glitz informs to the customer for the same.
